There is a nice heated pool, outside pool was too cold in mid-June. There is a good playground.
Too expensive. Paid 440K dram for 4 nights via Booking.
No microwave in the apartment, not enough cutlery, just 1 pot. Expensive per-person breakfast was offred 5,000 dram per person

The resort has an amazing location surrounded by breathtaking nature. The views are absolutely stunning and make it a perfect place to relax.
The rooms are a bit small, and I wish there had been a mirror in the room. We booked two rooms as we were traveling with our two kids.
Breakfast was average and could offer more variety.
The main area that needs improvement is the restaurant staff. They don’t speak English, which makes communication difficult,this resort could offer an even better experience.

يا ساتر يا الجمال والفخامه والطبيعه والراحه النفسيه افضل ريزورت سكنت فيه في العالم فيه راحه ماهي طبيعيه خمسه نجوم طبعا وكل شي فخم ونظيف وجديد والفندق أصلا توه جديد جلست يومين بس ندمت اني ما خليتها اكثر الأفطار المسبح المساج المرافق كل شي فيه كان فوق التقسيم وخيالي والموظفين ودودين ومحترمين ومتعاونين شكرا لكم 😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I liked the room and swimming pool with sauna and hamam nearby.
Breakfast was good but not very diverse.

Some places just hit different, and Sia Resort & Spa is one of them.

Two nights here and the word that keeps coming back is: spotless. This place is visibly gunning for 5-star status and it shows in every single detail — the rooms, the common areas, the service, the food. Nothing feels overlooked. That level of consistency doesn’t happen by accident.

The setting is genuinely breathtaking. Surrounded by massive green hills and mountains, with clear views of the snow-capped peaks — it’s the kind of landscape that makes you put your phone down and just look. Photos don’t do it justice, and that’s not a figure of speech.

Rooms are excellent. Food is excellent. Service runs A to Z without a weak link in the chain — and that starts at the top. Mr. Garnik, the resort manager, is exactly what you want running a property like this: professional, warm, attentive without being overbearing. The kind of person who sets the tone for an entire team and you can feel it the moment you walk in.

If you’re heading to Armenia and want a resort that actually delivers on its promises — this is it. No asterisks.

시설 관리도 잘 되어있고, 식당 서비스나 메뉴도 다양하고 좋았어요.
