I think this was the best hotel we have stayed in Tsaghkadzor. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful, highest quality. The rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was great. The pool was clean. We have been with friends and kids, and all of us enjoyed everything. Special thanks to Garnik for his niche hospitality.

We had a great time at SIA Resort with our family and friends. The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and sauna areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms are new and clean, with a great view. There is also charging available for electric cars. The food was very tasty. Overall, it’s a great place for families and friends.

Все было отлично, и номера, и чистота, и кухня, и водная зона. Но по прибытию вместо 14:30, заселили только 16:10, обещали, что компенсируют потерянное время в день отьезда, но в день отьезда отказали. Отель притендующий на высокий уровень не имеет права на такое.

Had a very comfortable stay at Sia Resort and Spa. Rooms very comfortable and they have a very nice swimming pool inside their property for all the swimming enthusiasts. Also you can try the spa and massaging centre which was really good. Highly recommended.

Sia Resort & Spa was a really great stay. The hotel was completed in Sept 2025 and we stayed here for our trip to Tsaghkadzor.

Our Suite was very large and very clean with great modern interior. Heating worked well and was very quiet. Bathroom was big and very well lit.

Did not get a chance to check out the heated pool or the spa but plan on it next time we visit. Garnik (general manager) and Harut were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. As was all the other staff, just spoke more with Garnik and Harut.

My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay here up in the mountains of Armenia and we will be booking again in the future. No complaints. There was an issue with breakfast not being included in their system but once I showed my online booking info they checked with management and confirmed it was correct and it was all taken care of in less than 2 minutes.

Glad to know Sia Resort has excellent staff and rooms so close to everything in Tsaghkadzor!
